The book contains 253 9”x12” pages with updated information on many areas of the company’s history and over 750 illustrations.  The writing instruments are individually photographed.  The work is fully footnoted and the source material is documented.  Reviewers of the first two editions have said:

For International Orders:

The recent changes in U.S. postal rates have greatly increased the cost of international shipping of heavy items like books.  Luckily, the book itself is inexpensive.   Use the following guidelines for payment.  All international orders must pay via PayPal to info@mabie-todd.com.

Canada - $45.00 for the book + $13.50 for shipping for a total of $58.50.

UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, etc. - $45.00 for a single copy of the book and $25.50 for shipping for a total of $70.50.  It is cheaper per book to send multiple copies using a flat rate box.  for example:

2 copies of the book - $90.00 + $37.00 shipping = $127.00  ($18.50 shipping per book)

3 copies of the book - $135.00 + $37.00 shipping = $172.00 ($12.34 shipping per book)

4 copies of the book - $180.00 + $37.00 shipping = $217.00 ($9.25 shipping per book)

5 copies of the book - $225.00 + $37.00 shipping = $262.00 ($7.40 shipping per book)
